Ukes4Peace
Be a part of something big! Join the Ukes4Peace grassroots movement to play for peace, love and harmony in our world.
The Healdsburg Ukulele Club has kick started a grassroots movement called "Ukes4Peace." 27 ukulele clubs are hosting six Ukes4Peace jams to play music from a common songbook to promote peace, harmony and love in this fraught political environment. Any ukulele club may host a Ukes4Peace meetup. The Ukes4Peace master Songbook and specific jam songbooks are now available for free download here from the Google Drive link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1qXNnEBkLbHHcJ6qy90nuq8LEhi1gZC8T?usp=sharing
The Master Ukes4Peace songbook has 70 songs with themes of peace, love, harmony and yes, a bit of rebellion.
We suggest the host club designate a playlist of songs from the common songbook (and can add others) in advance of its planned meet up. In the Google Drive, we also have posted songbooks for specific club jams.
A Ukes4Peace jam where all are encouraged to play together for peace, love and harmony. As John Lennon once said, "Peace is not something you wish for; it's something you make, something you do, something you are, and something you give away."

Kudos to Amy Ukena and Rachelle Chong who produced the Ukes4Peace Master Songbook in February 2026 for the collective good.
